The Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte)
This new visa is the most direct route for skilled workers from outside the EU. Through this route you are allowed to visit and stay in Germany for upto one and find job
How it works: You must meet a points-based system criteria based on your qualifications, language skills, and ties to Germany.
To qualify: You need at least a two-year vocational training certificate or a university degree and either an A1 level of German or a B2 level of English.
While searching: The visa permits you to work part-time (up to 20 hours a week) and do trial work to cover your living expenses.
